Qualifications

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs):

  • Current Texas LVN license.

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home health care.Monster

  • Strong assessment and communication skills.

Home Health Aides (HHAs):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Completion of a state-approved HHA training program.

  • Experience in providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Pre-Employment Requirements

All candidates must undergo a thorough background screening, including:

  • Criminal history check.

  • Verification of certifications and licenses.

  • Reference checks.
